Kids are highly sensitive especially when it comes to tone of voice, gestures, and facial expressions of the other person. The relationship between a student and teacher includes trust, guidance, and encouragement. Once teachers get success in forming a healthy and strong relation with their children then it can continue to influence the kids in a positive way for the further period of their life. The student teacher relationship is not like any other relationship, because it helps the children to get encouraged and also to gain confidence from the support that they get from their parents.  Teachers not only give instructions in the classroom, apart from that they also help the kids to explore their zone of special interest and their hidden talents which also helps them in their future development.
