The microwave pack is fantastic. It has easy to follow instructions on the back of the packet and even novices like me can manage it. Actually it wasn't melted enough and I clogged up the chocolate fountain with loads of hard lumps. With hindsight I realised that despite the instructions I should have checked that the packet felt all squashy and given it longer in the microwave.
